I'd recommend going on a Friday mid-morning rather than first thing in the morning simply because principals and all school personnel are all caught up herding students to their proper places, dealing with covering for teachers who call in sick, etc., etc.

If I may may chime in.

LPRA ought to have a constant dialogue with the principal covering mutual cooperation.

Parents who pick up their kids are frequently inconsiderate, blocking driveway, double & triple parking, disposing of trash from their cars on the street, etc.
