Today arriving to my home tonight in Franklin, you could not not stand outside because of the shitty smell coming from the plant. Totally unbearable. Leaving here for 8 years and have NEVER smell like this before. I am assuming it may be related to the storm but other factors may be in play. What is the latest communication from the LPRA on this. Lack of communication on this topic is present. What is our response as a community on this and what specific follow and steps are being taken?

I have lived here 17 years and it has never been so bad. I have called the hotline several times and have not received a response. My understanding is that the plant was damaged during the storm, that they are chlorinating then declorinating the water but not able to put the sewage through the complete process. We need more information and then need to develop a plan based on that information.
